HVAC Designer – Pune
At SIROCO HVAC India, in Pune, we are looking for a skilled HVAC Designer to join our growing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HVAC systems
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks
- Develop concept, serial design and BOM creation
- Ensure compliance with design standards, GD&T, and manufacturing feasibility
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (testing, manufacturing, suppliers)
- Participate in design reviews
- Troubleshoot design issues and implement improvements
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks
- Experience in HVAC system design & development
- Good knowledge of 2D drawings & GD&T
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC design and development
- Strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks (3D & 2D)
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycle (R134a / R1234yf)
- Understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and airflow management
- Experience in GD&T and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle & Data Management
